Acceptable Use Policy

Kiba exists to present your real achievements as strongly as possible. It is not a tool for fabricating a career.

1. The honesty rule

Every rewrite must remain true. The mentor will not invent employers, titles, dates, grades, deal values or metrics, and inserts bracketed placeholders where a number is missing. You must fill those in accurately. Submitting a CV containing fabricated information to an employer is fraud and may end your candidacy or employment.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not use Kiba to:

• Create or embellish qualifications, credentials, references or work history that you do not hold.

• Submit another person's CV or personal data without their permission.

• Generate content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.

• Scrape, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or automate bulk access to the service.

• Circumvent credit limits, free-use limits, or authentication.

3. Fair use of credits

Free daily credits are for individual job seekers. Running automated pipelines, sharing an account across a group, or creating multiple accounts to farm free credits is not permitted.

4. Enforcement

We may warn, rate-limit, suspend or permanently close accounts that break this policy. Serious cases — such as coordinated fraud — may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Reporting abuse

Report misuse to support@kiba.app.
