Terms of Service

Kiba is an AI-assisted career coaching tool. It reviews CVs and pitch documents, produces critique, rewritten documents and improvement roadmaps, and lets you chat with an AI mentor. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any employer named in the product.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share an account or resell access.

Output is generated by AI models and may contain errors, outdated information, or inferences about employers and hiring processes that turn out to be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying facts — especially programme names, eligibility rules and deadlines — before you rely on them.

Kiba does not guarantee interviews, offers or any employment outcome. Nothing in the product is legal, immigration, financial or professional advice.

You keep ownership of the CVs, documents and messages you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the service for you — generating your reviews, storing your history and improving the mentor's memory of your goals. You confirm you have the right to submit any document you upload.

Actions in the product consume credits. A full review costs 10 credits, a targeted rewrite 4, employer research 3 and a mentor message 1. Free accounts receive 25 credits on signup and a refill of 5 credits every day; Kiba Pro members receive a refill of 100 credits every day, which is a fair-use allowance of about ten full reviews per day.

Daily credits are an allowance, not a balance: they reset to your plan's daily amount once per calendar day (UTC) and never stack above it, so unused daily credits do not roll over. Credits you buy in a pack are separate, never expire, and remain in your balance if you cancel Pro.

Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly ($19) or yearly ($190) to your payment method. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; access and the Pro daily refill continue until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are taken. Prices shown include applicable taxes where we are required to charge them; the amount charged is always shown before you confirm payment.

Credit costs, daily allowances and prices may change. We publish changes on the Pricing page before they take effect, and price changes never apply to a billing period you have already paid for.

You may not use Kiba to misrepresent your qualifications, to generate fraudulent credentials, to abuse or scrape the service, or to submit another person's documents without their permission. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We aim to give notice of material changes to these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiba is provided "as is" and our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your reviews, conversations and documents. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
